The Council provides its members with comprehensive access to a diverse range of benefits and services throughout the year, including business networking events, informative seminars, social gatherings, and family-oriented activities. These carefully curated programs are designed to expand members' professional networks across the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region while fostering meaningful business relationships.
The ABC uniquely positions itself to support Austrian businesses and individuals navigating the increasingly competitive global market environment. Through regular interaction with the Austrian Commercial Counsellor, embassy officials, and Austrian Trade Delegations in the region, members gain valuable insights and support for their business endeavors. The organization's activities include business breakfast seminars with industry experts, casual networking events, joint business council initiatives, and exclusive company and factory visits, all aimed at creating tangible business opportunities and strengthening the Austrian-UAE commercial corridor.
Mission & Mandate
The Austrian Business Council UAE is dedicated to facilitating and strengthening business opportunities between Austria and the United Arab Emirates, serving as the primary platform for Austrian-UAE commercial relations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Core Objectives:
• Business Development & Networking: Create meaningful connections between Austrian and UAE business communities through targeted networking events, business seminars, and collaborative initiatives
• Knowledge Sharing & Professional Development: Organize business breakfast seminars, workshops, and educational events featuring industry experts on relevant topics affecting Austrian-UAE business relations
• Government & Trade Relations: Facilitate interaction between members and the Austrian Commercial Counsellor, embassy officials, and Austrian Trade Delegations in the GCC region
• Market Intelligence & Support: Provide members with valuable insights, newsletters, and information about developments in the UAE and GCC markets to support informed business decisions
• Community Building: Foster a strong Austrian business community in the UAE through social events, family activities, and joint Business Council initiatives
• Business Facilitation: Offer practical support including Priority Business Schengen Visa services, company presentations, and member directory visibility to enhance business operations
