The establishment of KuwaitBC reflects the significant Kuwaiti business presence in the UAE, with over 1,705 Kuwaiti companies currently operating in Dubai alone. Kuwait ranks among Dubai's top 20 trade partners, with bilateral non-oil trade exceeding AED 20 billion. The Council serves as an essential platform for leveraging these strong economic ties while supporting the continued growth and success of Kuwaiti businesses in the UAE market.
Mission & Mandate
The Kuwait Business Council is committed to enhancing the expertise, opportunities, and relationships of Kuwaiti businessmen and companies operating in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Through comprehensive support services and strategic initiatives, the Council aims to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation and facilitate sustainable business growth.
Key Objectives & Services:
• Special Events & Professional Development: Organizing workshops, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance members' expertise and strengthen relationships within the Council community
• Strategic Partnerships: Establishing and maintaining partnerships with government and private sector entities to secure exclusive benefits for members, including special offers, fee waivers, and professional consultations
• Research & Market Intelligence: Preparing impactful studies and reports in collaboration with consulting firms and government bodies, focusing on the Kuwaiti business community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates
• Business Advocacy: Actively addressing and resolving members' concerns through established channels with government entities, offering practical solutions on matters such as government fees, regulatory compliance, and social pension systems
• Trade Facilitation: Promoting bilateral trade and investment opportunities between Kuwait and the UAE, leveraging Dubai's strategic position as a gateway to regional and international markets
• Member Support Services: Providing access to a comprehensive members' directory, professional recognition opportunities, and the right to use the KuwaitBC logo for business development purposes
