About
NBC provides a comprehensive range of services including professional networking events, business development initiatives, and knowledge-sharing platforms designed to support Norwegian businesses navigating the UAE's dynamic market environment. The organization works closely with Team Norway partners including the Norwegian Embassy, Innovation Norway, and the Norwegian Consulate to deliver value to its diverse membership base. With platinum members including leading Norwegian corporations such as DNV, Aker Solutions, Kongsberg, and Jotun, NBC has established itself as a credible voice for Norwegian business interests in the region.
Beyond professional activities, NBC maintains an active social calendar featuring the annual 17th of May National Day celebration, golf tournaments, monthly Lønningspils gatherings, and a Young Professionals mentorship program in collaboration with other Nordic Business Councils. These initiatives create opportunities for members to build lasting relationships while supporting the broader Norwegian community in Dubai.

Mission: We promote commercial interests for Norwegian companies in the UAE and create opportunities for Norwegians residing in the UAE to meet, collaborate and learn.
Vision: To be a leading facilitator for Norwegian businesses in the UAE, providing a vibrant platform for networking, knowledge sharing and business opportunities. Through our commitment to excellence, innovation and inclusivity, we aim to empower Norwegian companies and individuals to thrive and succeed in the dynamic and diverse business landscape of the UAE.
Core Objectives:
• Foster strong relationships between Norwegian businesses, Team Norway partners, and key stakeholders including government entities in the UAE
• Organize professional networking events, conferences, seminars, and workshops that deliver tangible value to members
• Support business development, partnership initiatives, and promote members' services within the Norwegian business community
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and provide help and advice to members navigating the challenges of living, working, and investing in the UAE
• Strengthen the Norwegian community through social events and activities that build connections among members
• Develop young professionals through mentorship programs and dedicated networking opportunities for ages 21-35
