About

The Philippine Business Council - Dubai and Northern Emirates (PBC-DNE) is a distinguished non-profit organization established in 2001 under the patronage of the Embassy of the Philippines and the Philippine Consulate General. As the only Filipino organization officially recognized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, PBC-DNE serves as the premier platform for Filipino professionals and entrepreneurs operating in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

PBC-DNE functions as a catalyst for business exchange and collaboration, bringing together Filipino business owners, corporate professionals, and stakeholders with commercial interests in the Philippine market within the UAE. The organization facilitates meaningful connections through a diverse portfolio of programs including the PBC Masterclass for professional development, The Internship Program in partnership with Bath Spa University, and the Skyline University College Scholarship Program. These initiatives reflect the council's commitment to nurturing the next generation of Filipino business leaders.

With specialized sub-committees including the League of Freight Forwarders, League of Food & Beverage Enterprises, and Tribe (for creative professionals), PBC-DNE addresses the unique needs of various industry sectors. Mission & Mandate

PBC-DNE's mission is to enliven the cultural and economic exchange between the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates by promoting the development of bilateral trade, business delegations, investment, and tourism while fostering the cultural and economic influence of the Philippine commercial scene in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
