The Spanish Business Council (SBC) is a private non-profit organization established in 2005 to serve as the premier platform for strengthening business and cultural ties between Spain and the United Arab Emirates. With 20 years of experience in the UAE market, the Council brings together Spanish companies, individuals, and foreign entities seeking to establish or expand their business presence in the Emirates. Supported by the Spanish Embassy and the Spanish Commercial Office in the UAE, the SBC operates as a vital bridge connecting Spanish enterprises with Emirati public and private sector organizations.

The Council serves a diverse membership base including corporate entities and individual professionals across various industries, providing them with strategic networking opportunities, market insights, and access to key decision-makers in both the Spanish and Emirati business communities. Through its comprehensive program of events—including the flagship annual Gala Dinner, UAE Tapas Week, National Day of Spain celebrations, regular member breakfasts, and specialized seminars—the SBC creates meaningful touchpoints for business development and cultural exchange.
