Al Moltaka - Dubai Construction Industry Business Group (DCI) is a not-for-profit organization established in 2012 to serve as the premier networking platform for senior construction professionals in Dubai. The name "Al-Moltaka," meaning "gathering" in Arabic, reflects the organization's core purpose: bringing together high-ranking executives from across the construction value chain in an environment conducive to meaningful dialogue and collaboration. Formally registered with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Al Moltaka represents over 100 senior members from leading developers, consultancy firms, contractors, and specialist consultants operating in the emirate.

The organization plays a vital role in Dubai's construction ecosystem by facilitating regular monthly gatherings where industry leaders engage with technical presentations, discuss emerging trends, and address sector-wide challenges. These events, typically hosted at the Radisson Blu in Dubai Media City, feature speakers on topics ranging from innovative project designs to economic outlooks and sustainability initiatives. Mission & Mandate

Al Moltaka's core objective is to foster co-operation and understanding between construction professionals and related professionals, in the interests of both safeguarding and improving the built environment for the community in Dubai.

Key Focus Areas:

• Understanding: Create a better understanding of the relative functions, problems, and contributions of members involved in each discipline across the construction value chain.

• Communication: Promote positive communication between construction professionals as a whole, as well as between members within their respective disciplines.

• Co-operation: Engender a spirit of cooperation amongst members; create networking opportunities for senior members of the development, consultant, and construction sectors; and present an integrated common front on environmental, functional, aesthetic, technical, and socio-economic aspects of design and construction.

• Engagement: Facilitate regular monthly meetings with speakers on technical and relevant industry subjects, organize visits to new construction developments, and host social and sporting events that strengthen professional relationships.

• Advocacy: Work collaboratively with Dubai Chambers and government entities to address industry challenges, influence policy matters, and advance the interests of the construction sector in Dubai.

• Knowledge Sharing: Provide a platform for members to stay informed about market trends, innovative construction practices, and emerging technologies shaping the future of the built environment.
