By focusing on excellence, investment attraction, and talent development, DCMMI supports Dubai's status as one of the world's premier ship repair and shipbuilding centers and a leader in offshore engineering, FPSO/FSO conversions, and rig building operations.
Mission & Mandate
The Dubai Council for Marine and Maritime Industries is established to plan and implement economic strategies that promote Dubai and the United Arab Emirates as a global hub for marine and maritime industries and services. The council operates under the vision: "We create for our industry a climate which supports sustainable economic growth with vibrant business and creative opportunities."

• Promote overall excellence in marine and maritime industries across all sectors
