The Dubai Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Group (BPMG) is a not-for-profit business group established in 2023 by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce as part of Dubai's Economic Agenda 'D33'. The organization serves as a unified platform for real estate brokers, property managers, and related professionals, working to elevate industry standards and amplify the voice of the sector in Dubai's dynamic property market.

BPMG operates under the governance of a distinguished board comprising seasoned real estate professionals, including Chairman Eng. Zuhair Bin Redha and Vice Chairman Waqar Hasan. The group facilitates meaningful dialogue between the private sector and regulatory authorities, including the Dubai Land Department, to address industry challenges and opportunities. Through strategic partnerships with international organizations such as the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), BPMG promotes knowledge exchange and adoption of global best practices.

The organization delivers value to the business community through professional development programs, networking events, advocacy initiatives, and the implementation of comprehensive ethical standards. Mission & Mandate

The Dubai Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Group is dedicated to enhancing the professional standards and business practices within Dubai's real estate brokerage and property management sectors. The organization operates with three core strategic pillars:

• Advocacy & Representation: To represent and advocate for the interests of members at the local (Emirate of Dubai) and Federal levels, ensuring their voices are heard in legislative, regulatory, and policy matters affecting the real estate industry in Dubai.

• Standardization: To promote professional and ethical standards in the industry, offering guidance and setting benchmarks for best practices in real estate brokerage and property management. This includes enforcement of the BPMG Code of Ethics and providing pathways for continuous professional development.

• Outreach & Global Partnerships: To promote Dubai's real estate industry internationally and foster partnerships with leading global real estate organizations, facilitating knowledge exchange and collaboration on international trends, best practices, and innovation.

Through committee-driven initiatives covering advocacy, professional standards, partnerships, events, membership, and finance, BPMG fosters collaboration between the private sector and government entities to support Dubai's vision of a transparent, investor-friendly, and professionally managed property market.
