Led by Chairman David Stockton and supported by an experienced Board of Directors representing major industry players, the SBG works closely with government entities including the Ministry of Human Resources to ensure ongoing industry support. The group offers members access to industry reports, regulatory updates, training materials, and organizes workshops and events that facilitate meaningful dialogue on workforce development, innovation, and industry best practices.

• Industry Standards & Ethics: Promote ethical recruitment practices, establish high professional benchmarks, and drive transparency across the staffing sector
• Workforce Development: Support Emiratisation initiatives and enhance the capacity of staffing companies to meet evolving labor market needs
