Facility Management Business Group
About
The Business Group functions as a vital bridge between the facility management sector and government stakeholders, providing a structured forum for constructive dialogue and collaborative problem-solving. With Dubai's population projected to reach 5.8 million by 2040, the facility management sector plays an increasingly critical role in maintaining the emirate's infrastructure, residential developments, commercial properties, and hospitality assets to internationally recognized standards.
As part of Dubai Chambers' broader initiative to establish 100 sector-specific business groups, the Facility Management Business Group works in coordination with the Dubai Land Department to promote industry best practices, address regulatory challenges, and unlock new growth opportunities.
