Hatta Traders Council

The Hatta Traders Council is a specialized business council operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chamber of Commerce, established to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem and economic development of the Hatta region. Officially formed in April 2022 following directives from His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the Council serves as a vital platform for young Emirati entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses in Hatta. As an integral component of the Hatta Master Development Plan—which forms part of the broader Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan—the Council plays a central role in transforming Hatta into a thriving economic hub for trade, investment, and tourism.

The Council acts as a strategic intermediary between the Hatta business community and government agencies, facilitating dialogue, coordination, and collaboration to maximize economic opportunities in the region.
