The Dubai PropTech Business Group (DXB PropTech) is an industry association established by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) to foster innovation and technological advancement in the real estate sector. Launched in 2024, the association serves as a central hub for property technology companies, startups, real estate developers, investors, and industry stakeholders seeking to drive digital transformation in Dubai's dynamic property market.

DXB PropTech plays a vital role in Dubai's business environment by creating a collaborative ecosystem that bridges the gap between traditional real estate practices and emerging technologies. The association actively works with government entities to shape policies that support PropTech innovation, while simultaneously providing member companies with access to networking opportunities, educational resources, and funding pathways. Through its partnership with the Dubai Land Department's Real Estate Evolution Space Initiative (REES), the group contributes to positioning Dubai as a leading global hub for real estate technology innovation.

• Ecosystem Development: Foster a collaborative PropTech environment by bringing together pioneers, entrepreneurs, and innovators to share insights and unlock growth opportunities in real estate technology

• Government Collaboration: Work closely with Dubai Land Department and other government entities on policies, initiatives, and infrastructure development that support PropTech advancement

• Industry Education & Thought Leadership: Provide educational resources and training programs for real estate agencies, brokers, and industry stakeholders to accelerate technology adoption and digital transformation

• Networking & Partnership Facilitation: Organize exclusive events, seminars, and webinars that connect startups with established players, investors, and potential partners across the real estate and technology sectors

• Access to Funding & Resources: Facilitate access to funding opportunities, accelerator programs, and investment capital for PropTech startups through partnerships with entities like Dubai Future District Fund
