About

The UAE Restaurants Group (UAERG) is a not-for-profit organization representing the food and beverage industry across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Originally established in 2020 as the Dubai Restaurants Group under the patronage of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, the organization expanded to a federal entity in 2022 to serve the entire nation's restaurant sector. UAERG brings together industry professionals, restaurateurs, and F&B stakeholders in a unified platform to advocate for the sector's interests and drive its growth.

The organization serves restaurant operators of all sizes and categories—from fine dining establishments to quick-service restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and food trucks. UAERG acts as a vital bridge between the F&B community and government bodies, suppliers, delivery aggregators, and other key stakeholders. Through its board of influential industry leaders, the group addresses critical issues affecting restaurant operations, from regulatory matters and supply chain challenges to delivery services and sustainable practices.

UAERG provides members with exclusive benefits including preferential supplier rates, insurance packages, access to industry research and reports, networking opportunities, and a platform to influence policy recommendations. Mission & Mandate

The UAE Restaurants Group's mission is to be the premiere representative body of the Food and Beverage Industry, providing members with comprehensive validated resources and guidance for sustained business growth while promoting and strengthening the UAE's food service sector.

Core Objectives:

Industry Advocacy: Act as a unified voice for the restaurant sector, representing member interests to government bodies, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders across all emirates

Best Practices & Development: Promote industry development by facilitating knowledge sharing, establishing standards, and improving the competitiveness of members' businesses through education and innovation

Stakeholder Collaboration: Create transparency in the marketplace by connecting restaurants with suppliers, delivery aggregators, landlords, financial institutions, and other critical service providers

Economic Growth: Support job creation and highlight the F&B industry's significant contribution to the UAE economy, fostering sustainable business practices and operational excellence

Member Resources: Provide practical tools including preferential supplier rates, insurance packages, industry research, networking events, and access to a comprehensive knowledge hub
