The initiative plays a vital role in Dubai's dynamic business ecosystem by creating meaningful connections between emerging Arab leaders and established industry experts, policymakers, and investors. Through its comprehensive programs—including executive meetups, power lunches, workshops, and the annual Young Arab Leaders Forum—YAL provides young professionals with access to mentorship, knowledge-sharing opportunities, and the networks necessary to drive economic and social progress across the Arab world.
As part of its ambitious long-term strategy, YAL aims to expand its network to 50,000 participants in the coming years, positioning Arab youth as catalysts for innovation, economic growth, and regional transformation. The organization's distinguished Board of Directors comprises influential leaders from across the Arab region, representing diverse sectors including finance, entrepreneurship, technology, arts, and culture.

Mission: Develop and bring together a strong network of influential business leaders to serve as role models to the youth and young entrepreneurs across the Arab world.
